As social distancing measures are eased and businesses start to open in the UK, there is news that Christmas at Kew is returning for 2020. Dates and ticket details have been confirmed, with the event scheduled to open on November 18. It will run until January 3, 2021 and feature more than one million lights.
Tickets for Christmas at Kew are now on sale and although June might seem a little early to book, last year’s event was a complete sell out. The website reads: “You can book with confidence for Christmas at Kew. Come along knowing that the safety and well-being of our visitors is of the upmost importance to us and we are continually monitoring and responding to the Covid-19 pandemic situation as it evolves.”
Plans are in place to reassure visitors, including extra time slots, additional entry gates and revised trial route to manage visitor flow. There will also be additional cleaning each night and regular reviews of the rides and catering facilities.
